Born from the passion for authentic, simple and fresh cuisine, where the flavors tell the essence of the raw materials used.

Roberta, Alberto, Giorgia and Andrea together with the staff propose a new idea and concept of Hospitality in the historic Roman residence of the current Albergo Ristorante Anticofurlo.
Alberto and Andrea, in the kitchen, enhance the biodiversity of Italian and Marche products, creating dream dishes. Roberta and Giorgia instead take care of guaranteeing you the best welcome, taking care of every detail, advising you on the choice of wines and guaranteeing professionalism and hospitality during your stay at the hotel.

The special ingredient of Anticofurlo is the Truffle, present in summer, autumn and winter. The product is curated by the chef Patron Alberto Melagrana who has gained 30 years of experience in the selection, processing and transformation in the kitchen and who has continued the culinary vocation already present in the restaurant.

During the summer months you can also enjoy an outdoor lunch in their fantastic Terrace, the summer garden that offers a pleasant atmosphere.
