The Selvagrossa farm was born in the early 1900s covered by a dense forest, hence its name.
Let us tell you a story.
In the early days, their grandfather always said that the Selvagrossa farm had so many dense trees that it was easier to walk over it than to cross it.
After the two World Wars, it was cleared to help settlers rebuild their homes and keep warm in the difficult winter.
Today the Taddei brothers cultivate this wonderful land every day and it is from this that all the warmth of their love flows, which you can taste in the precious Selvagrossa wines.
Each drop of wine tells a story, and each bottle of wine has a particular name, the result of a special story.
Trimpilin, the first wine created by the genius of the brothers; the Cappitano, dedicated to a bull mistakenly baptized by his grandfather; Cuchén comes from the harrier grape; and many others such as Poveriano, Muschén, Grappa di Muschén, Brandy Trimpilin, Selva Bianco, Selva Rosso and finally I Quattro Taddei: Selvagrossa extra virgin olive oil.
