Experience
At the restaurant Il Mulino you will be immediately struck by three things: the atmosphere, the cuisine and the warm welcome.
Here everything has a story to tell: nature and architecture remind us of the old mill, the furniture “handed down” tells of a family, the warm and informal welcome speaks of a home and all this creates a truly special atmosphere.
The cuisine is made up of four ingredients: Tradition, Territory, Culture and Creativity.
The dishes are rich in taste as tradition dictates, many raw materials are from the territory such as the stone-ground flour of the Fratelli Rossetti di Gradara, the cured meats of the Zavoli farm and the cheeses of Annarosa del Buon Pastore and, thanks to a good dose of creativity, mix all these elements are mixed to always create new dishes.
The staff loves to tell the clients about all this, because they believe that the story is an added value that transforms a simple good meal into a more complete experience.
This is exactly what they try to give their guests, a pleasant experience to remember, made up of many small emotions: the warmth of a welcome that makes you feel “at home”, the taste of traditional cuisine linked to the territory, the magic of a particular atmosphere, the well-being of a walk along the river, the pleasure of eating outdoors in the splendid setting of the garden.
